We do not permit any extra guests beyond the maximum capacity specified in our listing. Additional guests are only allowed if the total number of people does not exceed the property's maximum hosting capacity. If extra guests arrive at the property, they must leave immediately to ensure compliance with our policy and to maintain the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement as guests must comply with our house rules. In the event of any damage, you will be responsible for covering 100% of the costs.
